GERMAN REPRESENTATION. Received October 20, 11.55 a.m. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Oct. 19. The chairman’s sub-committee of the Non-Intervention Committee met at the Foreign Office to-day, Mr R. A. Eden presiding. After sitting for over three hours tho meeting adjourned until to-morrow. In the absence of Herr von Ribbentrop, who is consulting with Herr Hitler at Berchtesgaden, the German view was presented by Dr Woermann, Charge d’Affaires.
