NOTES.
“The Oroua and Rangitikei Rivers are fishing very- well this season,” stated an angler in Feilding to-day. Both appear to be well stocked with trout of fairly good sizes. Alterations and extensions to the headmaster’s office and teachers’ room are at present being carried out at the Lytton Street School. A start has been made by the contractor for the building of State houses in East Street.
