SEVERE STORMS.

Received October 20, 2.10 p.m. ISTANBUL, Oct. 19. Twenty are already reported dead and hundreds of boats have been wrecked in a five days’ storm in the Black Sea. The losses are believed to he much higher. Aeroplanes dropped food to 25 seamen on six sailing vessels which have been adrift for four days. They have not yet been rescued.
