directors’ annual report. Tlie twenty-second annual report _ of the directors of the Mangawhata Dairy Company is as follows: — “Tn respect of the previous year, 1935-36, the estimated season average pay-out to supplie'rS' per lb for butterfat (all grades) quoted in the report for that year, was 13d. The actual pay-out was 12.78t1. In respect of the current year, 1936-37,’ the dairy produce (export) unsold at balance date has been valued on the following basis Export cheese: At, the price per pound f.o.b. fixed by the Dairy Produce Export Prices Order, 1936. Local trade cheese has been valued at 6id per pound. It is estimated that a season average pay-out to suppliers per pound of butterfnt (all grades) of 13.99 d should result from the disposal of unsold dairy produce at the values adopted. It is not proposed' to pay a dividend on share’capital.
