CHINA STATES HER CASE.
Received August 31, 12 noon. GENEVA, Aug. 30.
The League has received a Note from China accusing Japan of violating the Kellogg Pact and the NinePower Treaty and reviewing the developments since the Loukouchiso incident contending that China sought a peaceful settlement while Japan resorted to deliberate aggression. It is believed it is not intended to prepare the way for appeal to the Assembly which will open on September 13.
