THE BRITISH ATTITUDE
IF JAPAN FAILS TO COMPLY
LONDON, Aug. 30. It is understood that tlie British Government does not contemplate further action if Japan fails to comply with the requests. She takes the view that such attitude wiii show that Japan does not respect any international decency.
