The Department of Agriculture -has received the following cablegram, dated August 28, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London: Tallow. —Market continues dull; quotations slightly lower. Stock in United Kingdom at July 31, 9917 bales, as against 18,793 bales at same time last year. Stock in Manila, August 23, 176,000 bales, as against 166,000 bules at same time last year.
