General dissatisfaction is exnressed throughout the Waikato at the new guaranteed price which i* stated to be an inadequate • cover for increased costs.' • . - ;

Crawley, president of the Waikato branch of the Farmers’ Union, who said that'the new price would not give farmers a reasonable standard of living. “It seems likely that there will be a big swing from cheese to butter.'’ said a cheese company director, who contended that the Government should make public the formula used in assessing the new Price, also the price recommended by the committee.
