TRAINING COMMENCES. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 31. The All Blacks went to their training quarters at New Brighton this morning and will remain there until Saturday morning. Their training programme is not heavy, most of it being designed for relaxation of the muscles." In addition, the players will be coached in team tactics. According to southern messages, F. J. Green, the Otago forward, and A. G. Sutherland, the Southland wingtlireequarter, have been invited to join the All Blacks, making 21 available for the selectors. Heavy rain is falling this morning, and if it continues the team will return to Christchurch this afternoon for training in the King Edward Barracks, where a full-sized field is available under cover. Mr E. A. Empson, of Christchurch, has Been appointed to referee the match, Springboks v. Hawke’s Bay, at Napier on Wednesday, September 15.
