RACING BROADCASTS.

RESTRICTION IN NEW SOUTH WALES.

SYDNEY, Aug. 26. By a majority of three to two the High Court upheld the decision of Mr Justice Nicholson in refusing to grant an injunction against the broadcast of race descrintions from the Victoria Park 'racecourse.
