JAPAN’S WOOL TRADE. STOCKS ACCUMULATING. Received August 27, 10.15 a.m. TOKIO, Aug. 26. The leading woollen manufacturers have decided, due to accumulating stocks and sagging prices, that it is necessary to increase the voluntary curtailment of the output, which at present is 20 per cent, to 30 per cent.
