HOUSE OF COMMONS.

SUMMER RECESS FIXED

(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 22. The House of Commons, which today discussed Scottish affairs, will adjourn to-morrow week for the summer recess, and will reassemble on October 21. The now-customary provision will be made for the recall of the House .at an earlier date if public interest demands it.

It is expected that Parliament will be prorogued immediately on reassembly and that the King will open the new session on October 20.
