PARIS HOTEL DISPUTE.
SETTLEMENT BEACHED.
PARIS, July 21
The hotel dispute has been settled. The 40-hour week will be spread over six days a week until November 1.
A general strike of hotel, cafe, and restaurant employees in Paris was decreed on July 10, following the refusal of the proprietors to adopt the five-day week.
