NEW YORK, July 21

The New York Times’s Ottawa correspondent says the Canadian Government is considering the appointment of a High Commissioner to Australia, as part of a programme of such representation in the Dominions, also the establishment of a Legation in Belgium. An announcement is expected shortly.
