SUPREME COURT.

On two of the six serious charges alleged against Charles Frederick Neil Johnson, a labourer, aged 39, of Palmerston North, who stood his in the Supreme Court yesterday, the jury found accused not guilty. On the remaining four charges the jury disagreed and a new trial was asked for on these by the Crown prosecutor (Mr H. R. Conner), that being granted for next week: Mr J. M. Gordon appeared The Court was cleared for the liearipg of evidence.
