TO-MORROW’S GAMES. BIG JUNIOR ATTRACTION. With the representative team away .in Napier and the second representative side playing the Oroua Sub-union’s representatives at Kimbolton, there will be no senior grade Rugby matches in the Manawa u Union’s territory to-morrow. For the entertainment of patrons, however, the junior matchos at the Showgrounds, of which there are three, should provide much ot interest. Tho games will bo the last of the main junior grade competition, before commencement of tho subsidiary coinpet - tion and at present Old Boys have a lea of three championship points over or. Patrick’s, but quite apart from any consideration of the outoome of the match more than a few will be interestedl in the standard of play to. bo. shown by ing teams in tho junior grade. Many ■ ol ' the players have shown the promise which may lead to their promotion next year. 1 those who take a continued interest in Rugby in the Manawatu the games offer a good opportunity of seeing six junior teams in action at the Showgrounds. St. Patrick’s and Old Boys meet on thei ovah Massey College and 1 cildmg CHd Boys on the No. 3 ground, and Kia loa ana Jackeytown on tho No. 2 ground, lhe Old Boys and United third, grade teams wd provide the curtain-raiser to the oval match.
