RECEPTION BY HERR HITLER. Received Julv 22, 10.10 a.ni. BERLIN, July 21. Herr Hitler, receiving the new Soviet Ambassador, M. Yurcnev, who said that normal relations between Russia and Germany would best serve tlie interests of both, and also the cause of peace, agreed, adding: “My Government will grant you every assistance in pursuing this aim.”
