HON. H. T. ARMSTRONG.
Received July 20, 12-20 p.m. LONDON, July 19. Hon. H. T. Armstrong has arrived after attending the League meeting and the International Labour Office conference, after which he journeyed to Germany. He was given a luncheon at Berlin by the Minister of Labour. He visited factories and social institutions, and then went to Paris and attended the Exhibition. Mr Armstrong plans to industrial centres in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and goes to the United States at the end of July.
