At the wool sales 10.407 bales were offered, including 3476 from New Zealand; 8324 bales were sold. There was a good selection and the market was firm.
New Zealand prices.—Slipe halfbred lambs, lviwi, 21^d; crossbred lambs, Kiwi, top price 20d, average 19fd; greasy halfbreds, Claxby, top price PJjd, average 18d. BRADFORD TOPS. MARKET VERY FIRM. Received July 16, 11.30 a.m. LONDON, July 15. The Bradford fops market is very firm with fair business. Yarns are hardening.
