DRIVER PUNISHED
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. July 16. Sentence of 21 days’ hard labour and the suspension of his license till M"v 31, 1940, was impose'! by Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., to-day, on Alfred Samuel Erickson, aged 57, a painter, for intoxication while in charge of a car. He crashed into the back of a parked car a.t Miramar. He said he had had about a dozen been;. A year ago he was fined £lO and had his license suspended for three months.
