WOODVILLE, July 15. Mr O. McDiarniid. who has been on the staff of the Woodville branch of the Bank of New Zealand for the past few months, has relinquished his position to
engage in citrus fruit growing in the Bay of Islands. The friends of Mr C. P. Ladd, of “IDT *- wai,” Ilopelands, will be pleased to learn that lie is progressing favourably after an operation in a private ho«nitnl al Wellington. Ilis mother, Mrs F. F. Ladd, has returned to Ilopelands.
