BRITISH INTEREST. (British Official Wireless.) Received July 16, 12.5 p.m. RUGBY, July 16. In the House of Commons Lord Craiihourno (Under-Secretary ior foreign Affairs) said constant touch had been maintained with the Chinese Ambassador in London, and it had been made plain to him that the British Government would lose no opportunity of making any contribution in its power towards a' peaceful solution oi the present Sino-Japanese dispute.
