INVENTION BY AUSTRIAN.

HEALING AND FORTIFYING,

Received June 8, 9.50 a.m. VIENNA, June 7

Herr Friederich Gottdenker has invented “artificial blood,” which he calls haemorrhesin. It is claimed that it can be used as a substitute in transfusions for natural blood. It possessed the same healing and fortifying effects. It consists of chlorides, carbonates and phosphates, and is easily transported. It should prove valuable in emergencies.
