EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS.

BOY SCOUTS FOR ACTORS. Received June 8, 11.55 a.m, HENDAYE, June 7.’ The first exchange of civil hostages docs not lack originality, those concerned being 36 insurgent Boy Scouts who have been at Barcelona since the beginning of the war. They are being exchanged for 36 Loyalist actors who were touring Saragossa when the war broke out. Six of the actors refused at the last moment to be exchanged, but the Scouts triumphantly marched across the international bridge four abreast, giving the Fascist salute.
