JTALIAN-MOSLEM AID. Another 17,000 British troops have been drafted to tlie North-West Frontier of India, making 37,000 sent to deal with revolting border tribes in the past month. Indian opinion is that the tribes are being supported with money and arms by Moslems in Italian Libya. When Signor Mussolini was in Libya in March, lie bad himself proclaimed “Champion of Islam.” Since then Moslem religious leaders have been collecting money and arm.s for their coreligionists on the North-west Frontier. It is believed in Calcutta that the trouble which first began in Waziristan, is spreading along the whole GOO miles of the frontier.
