The World Chief Scout, Lord BadenPowell of Gil well, at the dinner of the 1900 Club, attacked physical regnnenttion of youth. “There is no reason fox’ gymnasia. The finest men I ever met had no gymnasia but plain food and plenty of outdoor, exercise, he declared. “We are trying to inflict physical training on poor boys who are not very well fed. It is not the right way of developing a strong, healthy nation.
