PACIFIC PACT PLAN.
JAPAN MIGHT AGREE. TOKIO, May 29. The Governor-General of Formosa, in an interview on Australia’s proposal for a Pac'fic Pact, said, “I think it would be a very good thing, and I hope it succeeds. I think Japan would agree, though I cannot speak for the Government.”
