NAZISM IN AUSTRIA.

LEADERS UNDER ARREST. LONDON, April 24. It is officially announced, states a message from Venice, that IS members of the so-called Austrian Nazi general staff have been arrested on a charge of illegal activities, including the organisation of celebrations of the birthday of the German Leader-Chancellor (Herr Hitler) in Austria. The announcement is believed to be intended as a rebuttal of a statement by Signor Virginio Gayda in the Gionale d’ltalia that, as a result of the conversations between the. Italian Prime Minister (Signor Mussolini) and the Austrian Prime Minister (Dr. Kurt von Schusehnigg) at Venice, the Austrian Nazis would shortly be invited to enter the Austrian Cabinet, which Austrian newspapers have been forbidden to publish. The statement officially is described as baseless.
