DIRECTORS MEET.
BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 9. The board of directors to-day elected Mr A. T. Donnelly chairman of the Bank of New Zealand for the following year. , Mr John Dowgray, of Gvanity, the newly appointed Government director, was present at the meeting. It was decided to pay a bonus of 7j per cent to the staff. A final dividend of Is a share is to he paid to ordinary shareholders for the last hall-year, making the distribution the same as the previous year.
