WARSHIPS’ MOVEMENTS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Anri] 9. The Australian destroyer TlTfteriien, commanded by Lieutenant-Commander Spurgeon, arrived f’nm Wellington this afternoon. The lest of the squadron, comprising the Canberra, Australia, Sydney, Swan, Stuart, and Vendetta, will arrive at Auckland next Friday and will remain in port until April 21. Ships of the New Zealand Division are at present carrying out excicises in Hauraki Gulf. r lhe s.oop Wellington came into port this morning and left later with a large battle practic target in tow. Night exercises were carried out to-night by H M.S. Achilles and star-shells were f red lroin her high-angle guns. H.M.S. Aclnlles will return to port for the week-end and will leave for the gulf again on Monday. She will carry out another night shoot on Monday evening and fullcalibre shoots with her six-inch guns on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. In company with the Wellington and Leith, the Uagship will return to port finally next Thursday to prepare for the arrival cf the Australian squadron.
