BOYS BLAMED BY POLICE. There always were “the meanest” thieves and vandals, but probably the most delightfully irritating type has been uncovered in Louisville, U.S.A. Employees reporting for work at a local paint and varnish company- found that vandals (probably boys, the police said) had entered the establishment during the night and turned on the valves of 10 varnish tanks, allou mg 1500 gallons of the liquid to ooze over the floors.
