By arrangement with the Primary Products Marketing Department the following information is supplied by the New Zealand Dairy Board: BUTTER, New Zealand.—Salted, 100 s, ex 101 s (last week, 98s to 995; last year 82s to 84s) ; unsalted, 102 s, ex. 103 s (100 sto 102 s; 84s to 85s); deliveries, 1942 tons (last year 2245 tons); in store, 5043 tons (last year 3138 tons). Australian.—Salted, 100 s, ex. 101 (last week, 98s to 995) ; unsalted. 101 sto 102 s (100 sto 101 s); deliveries, 1480 tons (last year 1837 tons); in store, 4420 tons (last year 2351 tons). Market steady. Retail prices unchanged, New Zealand Is. Argentine.—Unsalted, 90s to 94s (90s to 945). South Africa.-—96s to 93s (95s to 975). Danish.—loos f.0.b., 126 sto 128 s spot (107 s, 128 s) ; tendency weak; retail price unchanged, Danish Is 3d. Dutch.—Unsalted, 98s to 100 s, ex. 104 s (100 s); market slow. CHEESE. New Zealand.—White, 63s to 639 6d (last week 63s 6d to 645; lust year 50s to 51s); coloured, 63s to 63s 6d (63s 6d to 645; 51s to 525) ; deliveries, 13,039 crates (last year 20,919 crates); in store, 74,464 crates (last year 75,122 crates). Market steady. Retail price unchanged at 7d. Australian.—White. 60s to 62s 6d (61s to 62s 6d): coloured, 60s to 62s 6d (61s to 62s 6d). Canadian.—White, 73s to 74s (72s to 745); coloured, 73s to 74s (739 to 745) ; deliveries, 2147 boxes (last year 4231 boxes); in stre, 77,593 boxes (last year 89,380 boxes). English.—Finest farmers’, 86s to 92s (86s to 90s) ; factory cheese, 40s. Market firm. Cheese gradings for the week ended March 20 wore:—l9,Bl4 crates white, 9570 crates coloured.
