BOXER AND FILM STAR.

JACK DOYLE’S LOST ROMANCE. Jack Doyle’s dramatic dash from England to save his marriage with Judith Allen, the American film star, failed. She is going ahead with divorce proceedings after a marriage which lasted two years. The big Irish boxer returned disappointed to London. Once regarded as a British boxing hope, Doyie decided upon a music-hall career after his marriage. He relied upon a fair tenor voice and good looks to bring him a fortune where boxing had failed. He has been much in the company of Mrs Beryl Markham, who last year flew the Atlantic, and is said to have planned a long flight with her.
