PLOT UNEARTHED
REPRISALS IN MANCHUKUO. OFFICIALS UNDER ARREST. DEATH PENALTY EXACTED. (United Press Association—-By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received March 30, 10.5 a.m. TOKIO, March 29. A correspondent of the Japanese News Agency reports the discovery of a plot to overthrow the Government in Manchukuo. Two hundred officials and merchants were arrested, and some of them were executed. A message received from Ivofu says a regiment at present in Manchukuo reports the loss of twenty killed in a two days’ battle with five nundred bandits.
