CHRISTIAN SCIENCE CHURCHES.

“Reality” was the subject of the Lesson-Sermon in all Churches .ol Christ, Scientist, on Sunday.

The Golden Text was Psalms 90 : 1 : “Lord Thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.” Among the citations which comprised the Lesson-Sermon were the following from the Bible: “I know that whatsoever God doeth. it shall be for ever; nothing can be put to it, nor anything taken from it; and God doeth it that men should fear before Him. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.” (Eccl. 3; 14, 15.) Also the following passages from the Christian Science textlwok, “Science and Health with Ivey to the Scriptures,” by Alary Baker Eddy: “AYhen we learn that error is not real, we shall he ready for progress, forgetting those things which are behind.” “There is but one way to heaven, harmony, and Christ in divine Science shows us this way. It is to know no other reality—to have no other consciousness of life —than good, God and His reflection, and to rise superior to the so-called pain and pleasure of the senses.” (pp. 353, 242.)
