Both Princesses joined enthusiastically in the singing of “Daisy, Daisy” and “Pack Up Your Troubles,” and the Royal party waited for the harlequinade at the end. After the traditional ceremony or pulling a large cracker, a clown threw small ones into the Royal box. The Princesses caught several, which they still clutched proudly ns they waved to the cheering audience as they departed.
