DUKE OF WINDSOR.
TO RESIDE IN AUSTRIA. LONDON, Feb. 22. The Daily Mail’s Vienna correspondent understands that, as a result of a week’s discussions, the Duke of Windsor intends to make a permanent home in Austria. He has inspected a number of estates. The choice' and nature of his establishment depend on settlement of his financial affairs. Sir Walter Monckton is on the way to England, carrying important documents signed by the Duke of Windsor. The Daily Telegraph’s Vienna correspondent says that the Duke and Duchess of Kent are expected to arrive at Enzesfeld on February 24. VISIT TO CASTLE. Received February 24, 9.30 a.m. VIENNA, Feb. 23. The Duke of Windsor, travelling in a special sleeper, will arrive at Noesch for a short stay at Count Paul Munster’s castle at Wnsserleonberg. It is understood the castle is among those recommended as a residence for the Duke of Windsor.
