REMARKABLE EXPLOSION.—When the steamer Kingswood Was lying at anchor at Port Pirie, South Australia, last month, she Was holed above the water line as a result of one of her three boilers exploding. The picture reveals the gaping hole made in the starboard side of the vessel, and the boiler which caused all the damage may be seen just behind the twisted plates .
