FLOW OF CAPITAL.
AMERICA OBSERVANT. WASHINGTON, Feb. 12. Mr H. M. Morgentliau (Secretary to the Treasury) has called a conference of Government officials ior Monday to discuss the importation of foreign capital, which is regarded as dangerous in view of inflation of credit hero and the unfavourable economic situation in other countries. The conference is expected to consider some form of curbing the inflow.
