HOSPITAL REPORTS.
The Hospital authorities reported todav that Mr Peter Schmidt, who was involved in an accident at the I almerston North railway station recently is progressing satisfactorily although he will have to undergo an operation shortly. . , Mr H. Schrieber, of Rongotea, who was injured whilst haymaking, recently. is reported to bo improving.
