TO PREVENT SPYING.
INSTRUCTION FOR SOLDIERS.

BERLIN, Fell. 2. Ail official Gazette contains an order that soldiers before going on eastern leave must he instructed in how to deal with spies and in the necessity for reserve in conversation. They must hand over anonymous letters to their superior officers with envelopes and stamps “which provide important clues.”
