After the boxer had received severe punishment, Petersen’s towel was thrown in in the tenth round of the io-round bout against Neusel at Harringay Stadium. Tlie Prime Minister stated in the House of Commons that departmental examination of the report of the Royal Commission on the private manufacture of armaments had been completed. The whole matter would now be under the direct consideration of the Government.
