WEDDING IN LONDON.

LADY PRUDENCE JELLICOE MARRIED. Princess Marie Louise and Prince Frederick of Prussia were present at the marriage on December 22 between Mr Francis William Hope Loudon and Lady Prudence Katharine Patton Jellicoe, which took place at Holy Trinity Church, Sloane Street, London. The Bishop of Sheffield officiated. The bride is the youngest daughter of the late Admiral of the Fleet, Earl Jellicoe, formerly Governor-General of New Zealand, and Countess Jellicoe. Earl Jellicoe gave his away. She wore a charming gown of white and silver striped brocade, fitting perfectly to the figure, with a long train continuing from the skirt. Over it fell the long tulle veil from a halo of orange flowers. The bridesmaids who completed the retinue were Princess Cecilia of Prussia, Lady Hersey Boyle. Miss Joan Madden, Miss Pamela Cayzer, Miss Ainn Chilton, Miss Sanchia Whitworth, and Miss J. Barnard. Their slightly-trained dresses of rich ruby-red velvet were worn with smart short coats to match, and dainty wreaths of shadow leaves and tiny wax arum lilies. Later the bride and bridegroom left for Spezzia Villa, Italy, lent by Admiral Sir Reginald Bacon.
