EMPEROR’S INTERVENTION
Received January 30, 9.45 a.m. TOKLO, Jaii. 29. The . Emperor Hirohito summoned General Senjuro Hayashi, a former Minister of War, and commanded him to form a Cabinet, presaging a reginie to implement the army’s policies, which are avowedly the stabilisation of the national life, the strengthening of .the national power and armaments,- the renoA r ating of the .administrative 'organs, reform.of, Parliamentary system and elections,, and other dtiistic purification policies. -
