GAMING OFFENCE.
Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 28. William Geoffrey Snook, aged 30, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court to-day to using premise at 1-13 Opawa Road as a common gaminghouse. He was fined £35. Snook, who had been before the Court in January, 1933, for a similar offence, was warned by Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., that if he were caught again he would not be give a chance of paying a fine.
