CASE AT DUNEDIN.

Per Press Association. DtJNEDiN, Jail. 29.

Tho first case ot the type m the Dominion, involving a breaon of the Dairy industry Act, was brought this morning, when tne Omiini Dairy Factory was charged with employing Morris Raymond Dale as manager when ho did not possess a certificate, Gale being charged aiso with the offence. it was explained that the case had been brought to apprise dairy factories. of their obligations, a heavy penalty not being sought. Gale had since satisfied .the certificate requirements without difficulty. Defendants were ordered to pay Court costs.
