GREAT FLOOD TOLL.
OYER 200 DEAD. Received January 29, 1.30 p.m. WASHINGTON, Jan. 28. The relief corps, numbering 130,000, are concentrated on two. fronts to-day in cleaning up the Ohio Valley and preparing for the expected Mississippi rising. To-day’s estimate of the known dead is 235, homeless a million, and property damage in excess of 400 million dollars.
