SCENE IN THE SENATE. ' BRUSSELS, Jan. 27. A violent scene led to the suspension of the Senate sitting. The Rexists (Fascists) refused to discuss the Budget of the Minister of Transport, M. Marcel Jasper (Liberal). MINISTER APPOINTED. Received January 29, 10.15 a.m. BRUSSELS, Jan. 28. M. Arthur Wauters will succeed M. Van Der Velde as Minister without jiortfolio.
