Hanlon, of Wellington, and formerly of Palmerston North, are visiting the city for a few days. Miss Gladys May, of May’s Beauty Salon, Palmerston North and Dannevirke, is visiting Sydney to further her knowledge in beauty culture. She expects to return next month.* The friends of Mrs A. Bowles, of Ridge Road, Colyton, will regret to learn that she is an inmate of a private hospital, and will wish her a speedy recovery.
