Miss Joyce Scarfe is a Itaetihi visitor to Woodville, and is staying with her aunt, Mrs Off wood. Miss D. Southey Baker, who has been visiting the Waikato and Auckland, has returned to Palmerston North. | Mr and Mrs P. Hanlon, of Wellington, and formerly of Palmerston North, are visiting the city for a few days. Miss Gladys May, of May’s Beauty Salon, Palmerston North and Dannevirke, is visiting Sydney to further her knowledge in beauty culture. She expects to return next month.* The friends of Mrs A. Bowles, of Ridge Road, Colyton, will regret to learn that she is an inmate of a private hospital, and will wish her a speedy recovery.
