Received January 25. 10.15 a.m. BELGRADE, Jan. 24. • The Bulgarian Prime Minister (M. Kiosseivanoff) was tumultuously welcomed to-day. He signed a treaty ot friendship with Yugoslavia, thus ending a long period of tension.
